Accessibility Statement
Dinamic5
Dinamic5 is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone.
Last updated: April 2026
1. Our Commitment
Dinamic5 is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We design and develop our website and CRM platform in conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and ADA Title III requirements for accessible web content.
We believe that every person deserves equal access to information and functionality. Accessibility is not an afterthought at Dinamic5 — it is built into our design and development process from the ground up, and we continuously invest in making our platform more inclusive.
2. Conformance Standard
Our website conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), aligned with Israeli Standard IS 5568 and designed to meet ADA Title III digital accessibility requirements. These standards ensure our content is accessible to people with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
Our accessibility efforts are guided by the four WCAG principles:
- Perceivable: Information and user interface components are presentable in ways users can perceive
- Operable: User interface components and navigation are operable by all users
- Understandable: Information and the operation of the user interface are understandable
- Robust: Content is robust enough to be interpreted by a wide variety of user agents, including assistive technologies
3. Accessibility Features
Our website includes the following accessibility features, implemented and actively maintained across every page:
Floating Accessibility Toolbar
A floating accessibility toolbar (identified by the ♿ icon) is available on every page of our website. The toolbar provides visitors with real-time control over their browsing experience, including:
- Text size adjustment: Increase or decrease font size to suit your reading preference
- High contrast mode: Switch to a high-contrast color scheme for improved readability
- Grayscale mode: View the site in grayscale to reduce visual complexity
- Link highlighting: Visually highlight all links on the page for easier identification
- Big cursor: Enlarge the mouse cursor for better visibility
- Reading guide: Activate a horizontal reading guide that follows your cursor to help maintain reading position
- Animation control: Pause or disable animations and motion effects across the site
- Text-to-speech: Listen to page content read aloud
Keyboard Navigation
- Full keyboard support: All interactive elements — menus, forms, buttons, links, and the accessibility toolbar — are accessible via keyboard
- Focus indicators: Visible focus indicators are provided for all focusable elements
- Skip navigation: Skip-to-content links allow keyboard users to bypass repetitive navigation
- Consistent navigation: Navigation patterns are consistent across all pages
- Logical tab order: Tab order follows the visual reading flow of each page
Screen Reader Compatibility
- ARIA landmarks: All major page regions (header, navigation, main content, footer) are identified with ARIA landmark roles
- ARIA labels: Interactive elements include descriptive ARIA labels where visible text is insufficient
- ARIA roles: Custom components use appropriate WAI-ARIA roles to communicate their purpose to assistive technology
- Live regions: Dynamic content updates are announced to screen readers via ARIA live regions
Visual Design & Content
- Color contrast: All text meets a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 against its background (3:1 for large text), verified with automated testing tools
- Resizable text: Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
- Alt text on all images: Every meaningful image includes descriptive alternative text; decorative images are marked appropriately
- Proper heading hierarchy: Pages use a logical heading structure (h1 through h6) that conveys content organization
- No color-only information: Color is never used as the sole means of conveying information
Semantic HTML & Structure
- Semantic elements: Pages are built with semantic HTML5 elements (
nav, main, section, article, footer) that convey meaning to assistive technologies - Accessible forms: All form inputs have associated labels, and error messages are clearly identified and described in text
- Breadcrumb navigation: Breadcrumbs with structured data help users understand their location within the site
- Language declaration: The page language is declared in the HTML element for proper screen reader pronunciation
4. Known Limitations
Despite our commitment to accessibility, some areas of our website may not yet be fully accessible:
- Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible to screen readers. We are working to remediate these documents and provide accessible alternatives upon request
If you encounter any content that is not accessible, please contact us and we will provide the information in an alternative format.
5. Testing & Evaluation
We regularly test our website for accessibility using both automated tools and manual evaluation:
- Browsers tested: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge
- Screen readers tested: NVDA (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS and iOS)
- Automated tools: Axe, Lighthouse, WAVE
- Manual testing: Keyboard-only navigation, screen reader testing, and color contrast verification
