Refund & Cancellation Policy

Understand your rights regarding cancellations, refunds, and billing when using the Dinamic5 CRM platform.

1. Free Plan
Dinamic5 offers a Free plan at no cost. The Free plan includes basic CRM features and can be used indefinitely. You may cancel your Free plan account at any time without any charges or obligations.
2. Free Trial on Paid Plans
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial period. During this trial:
- No credit card is required to start the trial
- You will not be charged during the trial period
- You receive full access to all features of the selected plan
- If you do not upgrade to a paid subscription before the trial ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan
- All data entered during the trial is preserved
3. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- No refunds are issued for partial months already paid
- You retain full access to all paid features until the end of the billing period
4. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions offer a discounted rate compared to monthly billing. Regarding cancellations:
- You may cancel within the first 14 days of your annual subscription for a full refund
- After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable
- You may downgrade to the Free plan at any time, but the downgrade takes effect at the end of the annual billing period
- No refunds are issued for partial years
5. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time using one of the following methods:
- Account Settings: Navigate to Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription in your Dinamic5 dashboard
- Email: Send a cancellation request to support@dinamic5.com
- WhatsApp: Contact our support team via WhatsApp
Cancellation requests are processed within 1 business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.
6. Plan Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time:
- Upgrades: Take effect immediately. The price difference is charged proportionally for the remainder of the billing period
- Downgrades: Take effect at the start of the next billing period. No refunds are issued for the difference
7. Data Retention After Cancellation
After your subscription is canceled or your account is closed:
- Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation
- During this 30-day period, you may reactivate your account and recover all your data
- You may export your data at any time before or during this retention period
- After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
We strongly recommend exporting your data before canceling your account. You can export your data from Settings > Data > Export in your dashboard.
8. Refund Exceptions
In certain exceptional circumstances, we may issue a refund at our discretion:
- Extended service outages exceeding our SLA commitments
- Billing errors made by Dinamic5
- Duplicate charges
To request an exception refund, contact us at support@dinamic5.com with your account details and the reason for your request.
